DAY II : FRIENDSHIP

Friendship, it is a relation we all have been in. And to be honest it is one of the most unexpected relation. Like we don't even have a clue as to how did we even get into it. We just all of a sudden click with someone random, out of the blue, and we trust them with all our dirty secrets.

It is such an amazing feeling, to trust someone.. to feel that emotional connection with someone who isn't even our blood. It is having your own personal therapist, free of cost.

Having one friend is like, more than enough because, when you have everyone one turn their backs on you, you have that one person there, waiting for you to battle it out with all your demons and sometimes even battle those demons for you on your bad days. But, having a squad of crazy people, is like finding a treasure in the deep blue ocean, it is not impossible but rare.

It is unfortunate that nowadays friendships are measured by how many Snapchat streaks do

you have or how many hours a day do you guys chat? In reality, it needs to measured by number of outings you have cancelled at the last minute, by number of times you have seen other embarrass themselves in front of their crush, because they had no clue about what to say. Or by number of screenshots of chats shared asking about "Oye? Btana kya reply du?" ("Hey? Tell me what should I reply with?") because, these are the memories you need to share and cherish and not some 487 streak on Snapchat!

But at the end it is all about the unconditional love they have for you and you have for them.
